From our mountain-inspired ceremony deck and charming greenhouse to our rustic reception barn and flower-lined walkways, every part of the property was created to make your celebration feel warm, welcoming, and unforgettable.

When you reserve Elderberry Farms, you'll enjoy exclusive access to:

- 220 guest chairs (but max. capacity of 150 guests)
- Six-foot banquet tables
- We'll also show you a selection of decorative pieces available for your use during your venue tour.
- $500 non-refundable reservation fee to secure your date
- Remaining balance due 30 days before your wedding

A $50 deposit reserves your event date. The rest is due upon the day of the event.
Decorating may begin after 11:00 AM, allowing our team time to prepare the venue following weekend wedding rentals. Each reservation includes four hours for your event. Your rental includes access to:
- Indoor barn
- Outdoor pavilion
- Gravel parking
- Two indoor restrooms
- Tables and chairs (max capacity 100 guests)
- Two large fans for warmer days
- Three mini refrigerators beneath the barn bar
- Beverage tub
- Select furniture pieces
