Saturday | Your Wedding Day
Bridal & Groom Suites
- Private bridal and groom suites will be available at your scheduled arrival time, giving everyone a comfortable place to get ready before the ceremony.
Ceremony & Reception
- Celebrate with exclusive use of The Coach House and enjoy access to our beautiful indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces, farmhouse tables, chairs, bistro chairs, and scenic garden photo locations.

Reception Timeline
- Music and dancing conclude at 11:00 PM, with guests departing by midnight. DJs may remain briefly after midnight to remove their equipment.
Cleanup & Departure
- Smoking and vaping indoors is strictly forbidden. There are designated areas for this and it will be enforced as described in the contract.
- We ask that all personal decorations and belongings are removed before departure, trash is placed in designated receptacles, and any food or beverage spills are cleaned during the event.
- Our staff will handle the cleanup of venue-owned items, including tables, chairs, décor, restrooms, and removal of bagged trash from designated receptacles throughout the event.
Friday | Prepare & Celebrate
- Enjoy a complimentary rehearsal dinner for up to 40 guests, served between 5:00 and 6:00 PM. Meal selections will be finalized during your planning meeting approximately 4–6 weeks before your wedding.
- Additional rehearsal dinner guests may be accommodated for an additional fee.
Evening access
- Continue decorating and preparing until 9:00 PM, when the venue closes for the evening.
Venue Access
- Your wedding weekend begins the day before your celebration. Arrive at your scheduled time to begin decorating, setting up personal touches, and preparing for your big day.
Decorating Assistance
- Our team will provide up to four hours of decorating assistance, helping with last-minute styling, décor placement, and final adjustments to bring your vision to life.
- Hold your ceremony rehearsal at a time that works best for your wedding party, either before or after dinner.

Planning Your Wedding
- Approximately 4–6 weeks before your wedding, we'll meet to finalize your guest count, floor plan, décor selections, rehearsal dinner menu, and other details to ensure your wedding weekend runs smoothly.
