From your first walk through the doors to your final dance, we want your wedding weekend to feel effortless, joyful, and uniquely yours. At The Coach House at Sivua Gardens, we've thoughtfully included many of the details that help make planning easier, allowing you to spend more time enjoying the people and moments that matter most.
Before your wedding, we'll meet approximately 4–6 weeks in advance to finalize your guest count, table layout, timeline, and any décor you'd like to incorporate from our venue collection. It's our chance to make sure every detail is in place before your big day arrives.

3. Seasonal Savings
Celebrate between November 1 and March 31 and receive a $750 seasonal discount. Only one discount may be applied per event.

A $750 non-refundable deposit secures your wedding date and is applied toward your total balance.
2. Flexible Payments
Make installment payments at your convenience. Your remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding.
A Beautiful Setting for Every Celebration
Whether you're celebrating a birthday, bridal shower, baby shower, graduation, anniversary, or another special occasion, Sivua Gardens offers a beautiful, welcoming space for gatherings of up to 100 guests.

Cleanup
- Remove bagged trash from designated trash bins
- Tear down tables and chairs
- Sweep the venue
- Clean the restrooms
- Return all décor to its designated storage area.
- Remove balloon arches. (Take them home or pop the balloons and dispose of them.)
- Wash and put away any kitchen items that were used.
